Nose aesthetic surgery is performed by two different techniques which we call open or closed method.
In the closed technique, the lower part of your nostrils is not cut. Therefore, the wound does not occur and the recovery time is short.
And in the open technique, the lower part of your nostrils cut. Therefore, there will be a small wound. The recovery time will be slightly longer than the closed technique.

These are the operations to correct the asymmetry in the lip. Lip Aesthetic Operations are performed by using foreign filling materials or one’s own tissues. Depending on the operation, local anesthesia or general anesthesia is applied. Our lip is a delicate area. For this reason, it is normal to see swelling and bruising after the operation. Within 1 week – 10 days will be no bruising and swelling. The sensitivity of your lip will be healed within 1 to 3 days on average. You can return to work the next day of the operation.
EYELID AESTHETICS (BLEPHAROPLASTY)
It is the operation of removing excess skin and fat bags on the eyelid. Upper eyelid surgery is performed under local anesthesia. Upper eyelid surgery takes approximately 1 hour. The patient’s sutures are removed after 1 week. The lower eyelid surgery takes approximately 2 hours under general anesthesia. The patient is usually discharged on the same day. 3 days after surgery may be a little swelling and bruising. Ice application is recommended to reduce swelling and bruising. Swelling and bruises disappear within 10 days after surgery. You should not rub your eyes for 10 days after the operation. Protect your eyes and eyes from the sun for 3 months after surgery.
EAR AESTHETICS (AUTOPLASTY)
Prominent ear surgery is an operation that can be applied to every age group patient. It makes patients feel more comfortable in society both visually and psychologically. The earliest treatment method for removing the ears, large ears and ear deformities is ear aesthetic surgery. Since the development of our ear is completed at the age of 6 years, children can be operated from this age.
Bucket ear surgery, under operating conditions, under local anesthesia and lasts about 1 hour. General anesthesia may also be preferred because it is more difficult to ensure that the children remain stable during the operation. The ears are bandaged to protect the ear tissue and accelerate the healing. This bandage is removed after 2 to 4 days and dressing is done. If the self-melting sutures are not used in the operation, the sutures are removed within 1 week and 10 days. After removing the bandages, it is recommended to use a tape covering the ears while sleeping for 6 to 8 weeks. The average time to return to work for adults is 3 days. The patient is discharged on the same day.
Face lift surgeries are performed to remove sagging of the neck, jaw and face. Usually, combined applications are used to eliminate multiple complaints. Face lift surgeries do not stop aging and only provide rejuvenation on your face.
The most important aspect of facelift surgery is the protection of the facial nerve that moves the facial mimic muscles. This nerve is subdivided into very thin branches on both sides of the skin.
The patient should inform the relevant doctor if he/she is using alcohol, smoking and harmful substances or if he/she has any diseases during the examination. Surgery planning is performed by considering the degree of deformation and sagging on the face and neck of the patient.
Eyelid aesthetics, oil injections and forehead stretching can be done with this surgery. Blood thinners such as aspirin, ginkobiloba and vitamin E should be discontinued at least one week before the operation.
Face lift surgeries are performed under general anesthesia in the hospital. The operation time is between 2 and 4 hours. The patient should wear a face brace for 1 week.
The patient’s sutures are removed 1 week after the operation. With a special massage method, the existing edema on the face begins to pass and the face becomes more vigorous. The patient’s pain is uncomfortable and can be easily controlled with pain medications. Swelling and bruises decrease rapidly in the first few days and disappear within 2 weeks. The exact results of the surgery and the skin sitting on the face last between 4 and 6 months. Smoking is strictly forbidden for 1 month after surgery. The patient should protect his/her face from the physical effects after surgery. The face should not move too much during the postoperative recovery period.
